Our transfers are scheduled to arrive at least 60 minutes before the corresponding flight departure, to make sure that you will get to the airport in good time.

Yes, within reason. If you are not at said time and place for the transfer the driver will try to locate you by phone or by contacting the hotel/hostel you are staying at. If he/she is still unable to get in contact with you, the transfer will leave at the stated departure time. In the event of a delayed flight we will do our utmost to get you from the airport to your destination on one of our transfers.


Our transfer will stop in the bus parking lane just outside the airport. Look for a vehicle with the Visit Kiruna logo on it. Please note that we are running a tight schedule which means the transfer may not be waiting at the airport when your flight arrives. In order to keep our schedule we ask you to be ready to leave 5 minutes before the stated departure time.

We normally schedule all transfers to leave 30 minutes after the corresponding flight has landed. Kiruna Airport is very small and as there are no customs on any of the domestic flights you will have plenty of time to collect your baggage and get on the bus.
